The Hidden Cafe is an absolute gem! Karen was kind enough to host my recent social media editing class and it was a lovely day and the coffee was delicious. I will be using this cafe to host further classes in the future. The garden is beautiful!

My husband and I popped in for lunch yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the beautiful walled garden while we were served a delicious lunch. We opted for the Mexican soup with toast and iced sparkling beverages. The meal wasn’t just very tasty but really nicely presented too. I made time for a browse in the shop and found a lovely fleece tote bag. The service was so amiable, we will definitely visit again.

What a fab find this lovely cafe was, browsing in the dress/accessory shop(which is also beautifully thought through) saw the cafe beyond ,a little oasis of calm and tranquility. Enjoyed a very tasty walnut/pear/Gorgonzola salad, will certainly be back .A little gem!!

This café is an absolute gem! The garden and inside area are beautiful and inviting, the most tranquil and calming atmosphere – perfect for a coffee, home-made cakes and delicious bites. I’ve attended and hosted events here for my colour analysis business, and every single guest has commented on how wonderful Karen (owner) and the venue are. What makes it even more special is the Puzzle boutique – full of unique one-off clothing pieces and accessories. A true hidden treasure and I highly recommend!

Puzzle as a boutique has always been a favourite of mine . We need more independent shops. Now the owner Karen has taken it up a notch with the lovely Hidden Garden cafe . As the name suggests there is a lovely garden nestled away at the back of the shop …. plenty of seating but not overcrowded. My friends and I went in to have coffee there …. We orders a salmon and cream cheese bagel and two orders of toast alongside very good lattes. We sat outside on what is a delightful garden veranda area with a roof . The cakes … mainly freshly made by Karen …. And the relaxed atmosphere were so tempting we simply had to stay longer . All of us choosing the ‘signature’ cake which is called humming bird’ …. Absolutely delicious. As the weather had turned chilly we moved inside past the very tempting displays of clothing and accessories to sit in the newly opened ( ready for the colder weather ) seating area. I’ve added photos as the cake was just delicious and deserves to be seen . A definite go to cafe and we will be back .
